YouTube

Nature and purpose of the processing

We maintain a company profile on YouTube to provide videos. The operator is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA (hereinafter “YouTube”). YouTube, LLC is a subsidiary of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter “Google”). When you access YouTube, a connection is established to the YouTube or Google servers. Depending on the settings, various data is transmitted (e.g. your IP address). When a YouTube video is started, the provider sets cookies that store your IP address and URL, for example.

If you are logged into your Google or YouTube account, YouTube can assign your surfing behaviour to you personally. If you are not logged into a Google or YouTube account, less data is stored. The processing of your personal data is based on the legitimate interest according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest exists exclusively for marketing purposes such as better accessibility of target groups, increasing visibility, image building, user information and employer branding.

We use technical data for the operation and maintenance of our website and service providers for the evaluation of cookies who act as our order processors. TeamViewer-Support

Nature and purpose of the processing

We use the TeamViewer Support tool. This tool is provided by TeamViewer Germany GmbH, Bahnhofsplatz 2, 73033 Göppingen. The TeamViewer Support tool allows us to connect to your device at your request. During this connection, we can access your screen and perform troubleshooting or technical support actions. This processing serves the purpose of providing you with IT support in the context of using our software solutions.

The processing of your personal data is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO for the fulfilment of our contract in the context of the service provision for our software solutions.

Recipients

The transmitted data during the TeamViewer support service is used exclusively by authorised support personnel. These persons have access to your data in order to assist you with technical matters. All of these staff are bound to confidentiality.

As part of the processing, your data will be transferred to TeamViewer Germany GmbH. We have concluded an order processing agreement with TeamViewer.
